Founded in 2023 by Carlos Padilla, TPA Construction is built on a lifelong passion for craftsmanship. Carlos’ journey began as a child, working alongside his grandfather on home remodeling projects. With experience in concrete, painting, landscaping, and environmental cleanup, he brings expertise and dedication to every project.

In June 2024, Bridget Padilla joined the team, bringing her expertise in client relations and bookkeeping, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Together, they lead TPA Construction with a mission to deliver high-quality work, educate clients, and remain budget-friendly.
